When you are ready for the kind of change that changes your life

Intuitive Change Consultant

Blessed with intuitive gifts, a passion for creating change, and an unmistakable signature of practicality, I help people create the change they want.

Welcome, so glad you found me.

We all have desires in our heart. Dreams we want to have. What makes us feel good, bring us joy and love, what it means to feel fulfilled. But fulfilling that vision isn't easy, because it requires change. It's not something we are born into, it's something we have to become. And often against all odds.

I believe that Change is the most powerful force on earth, besides love (but I'll circle back around to that).  It is in our DNA to evolve. We can't stop it. Change is inevitable. It happens whether we want it to or not. So we might as well choose change when we can; the change we want.

There is nothing in this Universe that stays the same. And our soul is no exception. Yet it is the thing we fear most.

Loss, letting go, growing up, growing old, taking risks, even staying the same, no change, in a way scares us.

There is a saying, when the pain of staying the same outweighs the fear, we change.

Sounds painful. And if you've been there, you know what I mean.

What I do is help alleviate the pain and fear.

Confusion is the biggest obstacle to change.

I help bring clarity.

Clarity creates confidence.

Confidence creates change.

It is that simple.

Easy, not so much.

It's one thing to know. It's another to walk through the changes, to change the trajectory of old conditioning. But if you found yourself here, that is probably what you are being called to do. And no one should have to do that alone.

First, I think we've played Lone Ranger long enough.

If you could've created a particular change on your own, you would've by now, am I right?  Some things we just can't do on our own, because we are not meant to.

Second, it's inefficient. It wastes time, money, and energy

Even if you can make the change on your own, why would you want to do it the hard way?

Lastly, there is nothing as good as being seen.

Your own intuition being validated, trusted, and feeling empowered by a trusted guide and spiritual mentor.

The 3 Phases of Change

How do you choose change? How do you know you can change? Sometimes change chooses you and it seems the only choice you have is to adapt. Trust me, that kind of change is a gift. It seems in most cases though, when we can no longer tolerate a situation, we decide to change. When the pain of staying the same outweighs the fear of risk, we change. When we are so out of our minds bored, we change.

Phase 1One day you decide this is it. One day you're ready. Some quiet voice says you can do this. And you believe it. After all, it's been trying to tell you this for quite awhile. So you make a decision, get a plan (or not) and it begins...

Phase 2 goes something like this...

Holy mother son of a biscuit eater, what the H was I thinking?!?! My favorite was always, "I changed my mind". It continues on something like this... What made me think this was a good idea? What made me think I can do this?! Who do I think I am? It's too hard, I'm not strong enough, disciplined enough, know enough, what if I end up...? You fill in the blank... And so sometimes loudly, or quietly, we give up...we go back to the familiar; habit, pattern, life.

Phase 3~ But if by some miracle, you stick with it (or have a great life coach), you get to the other side! And the crowds go wild for you!!!! But that's only part of phase 3. The real phase 3 goes something like this...well that was a fluke, I'll never be able to do that again, what if I can't sustain it, what if no one likes me now, or likes me for the wrong reasons? What if I don't really know who I am or how to be me now?

The real phase 3 is when the change becomes the new normal. And you love yourself so damn much you know you will never, ever, go back. And the crowd goes wild, again!!!!!
